Is there a cost to join any of the programs?
No. All four programs are free to join. There are no upfront fees, setup costs, or annual dues. You earn when your referrals or clients generate revenue.
Can I participate in more than one program?
Yes. Most of our partners participate in multiple programs. You can refer clients, refer partners, use the white-label model, and be a Brand Ambassador all at the same time. We are flexible and will help you find the combination that fits your business.
What is the difference between referral and white-label?
Referral partners introduce us to clients and we take it from there under The Exceptional Plan brand. White-label partners offer our services under their own brand. We work behind the scenes and their clients never know we are involved. White-label commissions are higher (10-20%) because of the volume and ongoing relationship.
What is the Brand Ambassador program?
The Brand Ambassador program is for entrepreneurs and business owners who have worked with us and want to represent TEP in their city. Ambassadors get their own personalized landing page, a preferred business listing on our website, tiered commissions, quarterly spotlights, and direct access to our leadership team.
What services can I refer clients for?
Everything we offer across Exceptional Start, Scale, and Exit. Business plans, financial projections, pitch decks, accounting, fractional CFO, marketing strategy, growth planning, exit planning, and more. If your client needs it and we offer it, your commission applies.
How do I track referrals and earnings?
We send biweekly status reports on all active referrals and hold monthly check-ins to review your pipeline and commission totals. Commissions are paid within 30 days of project completion.
